Shipping and Delivery Terms — Darimo Carbon S.L.

1. Scope and General Principles

Products manufactured and sold by Darimo Carbon S.L. are produced primarily on demand. We do not maintain permanent stock for most references; therefore, once the order has been confirmed and full payment has been received, we begin the specific production or preparation of the item.

2. Production Times (Lead Time)

Due to the customized and/or high-performance nature of our components (carbon fibre fabrication, curing processes, manual quality control, precision adjustments, etc.), production times vary depending on the product and current workload.

  • Estimated production time: 2 to 10 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment.
  • The specific lead time for your order will be included in the confirmation email after purchase.
  • Lead times shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on product specifications, finishes, sizing, or supply-chain circumstances.

Note: Lead times are calculated in calendar weeks and are not binding as an exact delivery date.

3. Shipping After Production

Once the product has passed all quality controls and is ready for dispatch, it will be packaged and shipped. Transport time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Domestic shipments (Spain Mainland): 24–72 business hours, depending on courier and service.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: variable transit times according to destination and customs/tax regulations.
  • International shipments: delivery times will be indicated in the order confirmation and may be affected by customs procedures.

4. Shipping Costs and Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight/volume of the order, destination and selected service. Once the order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking number by email if the courier offers this functionality.

5. Communication and Order Confirmations

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email with order details, total amount paid, and estimated production time.
  2. A notification when the product enters production (if applicable).
  3. A notification when the product is ready for dispatch, including courier details and tracking number.

6. Delays and Justified Circumstances

Lead times are indicative. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as raw material shortages, high demand periods, production incidents, force majeure, logistical disruptions or customs delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you and offer:

  • Extension of the estimated lead time.
  • Order cancellation with a full refund.
  • An alternative similar product (if available and accepted by the customer).

7. Cancellations and Returns Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order and production has not yet started, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund. If the product is already in production or has been completed, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a proportional fee according to production costs and applicable law.

8. Order Reception and Incident Reporting

Upon receiving the shipment, please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, note it on the courier’s slip and notify Darimo Carbon S.L. within 48 hours so we may process the claim (repair, replacement or refund).

9. Warranty and Liability

All products undergo quality control before shipment. Warranty for non-conformity applies according to European Union and Spanish regulations. If you receive a defective product, report it with photos and a detailed description. We will evaluate the case and offer repair, replacement or refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modifications.

10. Impossibility of Manufacturing

In the unlikely event that we are unable to manufacture or supply a product due to technical or supply-related reasons, we will inform the customer and issue a full refund unless a reasonable alternative is accepted.

12. Payment and Production Policy

Advance payment and production start: Production begins only after full payment has been received. Therefore, the lead time (2–10 weeks) is counted from the moment payment is confirmed. If the chosen payment method requires verification (bank transfer, financing, etc.), production begins only once verification is completed.

Transparency and responsible communication: At Darimo Carbon S.L. we prioritise transparency. We provide indicative lead times and inform customers of any circumstances affecting delivery times, always offering reasonable alternatives.

Disclaimer: The production and delivery times indicated in this document are non-binding estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Darimo Carbon S.L. (raw material availability, technical issues, supplier delays, logistical disruptions or force majeure). Darimo Carbon S.L. is not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profit resulting from delays.
